Resort · Wellness

Proposed development

Feel comfortable.
Stay active.
Take time for yourself.

Wellness at Willfred is intended to support an enjoyable daily life through movement, relaxation and personal care. The proposed offer would give adults different ways to stay active or slow down, without requiring everyone to follow the same programme.

Participation would be a personal choice. Facilities, service scope and operating arrangements remain in development.

Move in a way that suits you

A little movement.
Room to find your pace.

Walking, stretching, balance activities and gentle exercise are possible parts of a flexible studio programme. The proposed gym and studio would offer different settings for movement, with activities remaining optional.

Facilities, equipment, session formats and any guidance would depend on the final design and operating model. An activity is only suitable when it matches the individual’s own circumstances.

No rehabilitation programme, medical assessment or health outcome is promised.

Personal care, by choice

Space to unwind.
Time for the details.

Optional relaxation appointments and personal-care services could complement everyday resort life. They would remain separate from clinical care, and their scope would be stated clearly before any service is offered.

Optional services

Massage, relaxation appointments, hairdressing and grooming are ideas for consideration. No practitioner, qualification, schedule, price or service is currently established.

Quiet is part of the offer

Read, rest or talk.
Choose the moment.

Comfortable shared seating could make room for reading, conversation and time to pause, with gardens offering another place to spend time outdoors. These spaces are intended for everyday use, not a clinical relaxation programme.

Guests could choose company or privacy. Quiet areas would be planned for comfort, while no particular level of silence can be guaranteed.

Different stays, shared choice

Facilities to explore.
No set programme to follow.

Movement, personal care and quiet spaces could sit alongside Willfred’s four proposed stay experiences. What is included, available or separately charged would be made clear in the eventual offer.

An idea in pre-development

Comfort, movement
and care by choice.

Wellness remains a proposed part of the resort concept. Facility design, accessibility, staffing, cleaning, maintenance, service providers and operating requirements need to be assessed before the offer can be defined.

Any included facilities and separately charged services would be identified clearly. No personal assistance, clinical care, practitioner appointments or unlimited access is implied.
