Living

Proposed development · Georgia

Your own space.
Everyday life made easier.

Willfred’s Living concept brings private accommodation together with proposed daily services and the familiarity of a community. It is intended for adults who want fewer household responsibilities while keeping choice and independence at the centre.

Proposed longer-term living within a serviced resort community. Accommodation and services remain subject to feasibility, design, permissions and funding.

A private sitting and dining area opening through a wide doorway onto a shared courtyard lounge.

A place to call home

Independent by nature.
Connected by choice.

The idea is for individuals and couples who want a more manageable daily routine without giving up personal space. Older adults are an important part of this audience, alongside other adults whose needs and preferences fit the proposed community.

Familiar surroundings, dependable services and the chance to know neighbours could make everyday life feel easier. Residents would still have their own interests, routines and time alone.

Everyday, made lighter

A home with
practical support.

The proposed core offer brings accommodation together with meals, housekeeping, laundry and reception services. The intention is to make the everyday easier, with clear expectations about what a monthly package includes and what would be separate.

03Laundry

Service frequency, meal arrangements, laundry allowances and reception coverage are not yet defined. The operating and financial plans must establish scope, staffing and any additional charges.

Life together, on your terms

Join in when
it feels right.

Shared dining, gardens, reading spaces, games and optional activities could offer easy ways to meet people and find something to enjoy. A walk or conversation might suit one day; a quiet afternoon with a book might suit the next.

Activities would be opportunities, not a timetable residents are expected to follow. Quiet spaces and shared recreation should work side by side.

Your own routine

Personal devices and connectivity remain part of ordinary Living by choice. Digital Rest is a separate, voluntary experience—not a condition of staying.

Support, clearly defined

Helpful when suitable.
Honest about its limits.

Some residents may benefit from optional assistance. Its scope would depend on individual needs, the operating model and qualified people actually available to provide it. Support should be discussed and documented rather than assumed to be part of every package.

Optional assistance

Any assistance must be clearly specified, subject to suitability and the resort’s real capability. The project must not promise unlimited help or continuous clinical supervision.

Clinical care

Healthcare access, appointments and clinical services require appropriate separate arrangements. The resort is not presented as a medical facility.

Family connections

The intention is to make suitable visits and practical ways to stay in touch possible, while respecting privacy. Visiting arrangements, shared visitor spaces and overnight guests remain to be defined. Information is shared with family only with the resident’s consent.

Clear monthly terms

Know what is included.
Understand what is extra.

A longer stay needs clear expectations before an agreement is made. The final offer should set out accommodation, included services, optional extras, payment terms and how a change in support needs would be handled.

Operating rationale

A dependable service
must work every day.

Longer-term Living is proposed as one part of the operating model. Delivering it consistently requires suitable accommodation, reliable staffing, meals, housekeeping, maintenance and a clear approach to individual support needs.

The commercial case must test whether demand and achievable pricing can support those responsibilities over time, including working capital and property upkeep. Demand, occupancy and financial performance have not been validated.
